Fixed error in .info file and added correct SQL to install method as update method.

Added trim option for SSL, and rel="me" tag options

• Global FlashVideo Settings - Now, instead of setting up the FlashVideo Settings for all your node types, there is a new feature called Global Settings that will apply to all node types (unless overridden by a specific node type parameter).
