Bug fixes

Updated to include new features for the netFORUM Dynamic Facade Node project. More object details are cached, menus re-arranged, optimized database calls, more helper functions, better handling of xWeb communication issues, and more.

Only one commit since the previous release, but the API addition is necessary for this patch to work, so this needs to be released now. One or two features are missing for the "final" 5.x release, but we're getting there.

First stable release of CAPTCHA pack, now that CAPTCHA version 5.x-3.0 (with the new CAPTCHA API) is released.

This release contains a new challenge: the ASCII art CAPTCHA

- Move cached views info to cache_views so it gets cleared when views_invalidate_cache() is called.
- Lots of fixes for the update processes. Get rid of older updates that are re-done in later updates and create a data_integrity and db_integrity update.
- Fix ical export to match changes in ical parser.

- Expand date-only ISO date to full ISO date automatically. Needed for better handling of ical feeds.

- Found a better way to unfold ical data. The previous method would break if there were any QUOTED-PRINTABLE values in the ical file.
