Fixed bug with array merge moving keys around in indexed arrays that caused errors assigning users to roles, fixed default member role query to use out of the box netforum MembershipProxy object setup

This release fixes several issues. In particular, SQL errors introduced in Drupal 5.4. So this is the first release that will work with Drupal 5.4 or higher.

This is predominantly a feature release with tons of great new capabilities!

- Full support for comment module! Setting up a review type of comment is now only a click away.
- For more complicated reviews, a one-click option for nodecomment module has also been added.
