Backport of the print module 5.x-3.2 release to Drupal 4.7

New features:
Added ability to change the output strings through theming
Add current query parameters to PF link (especially useful to views users)
Add rel=nofollow tag to PF link
Add taxonomy terms to the PF page
Added Portuguese (Brazil) translation (thanks psychopath_mind!)

Bug fixes:
Fix wrong Paginate hack
Remove comment forms from PF page

Idiotic syntax error fixed. Sorry folks, don't know how it happened...

This is the first full functioning release. Previous issues with the status page showing the wrong status have been fixed. There is now also a facility to run update.php in bulk for selected site. Please note the new dependency on multisite_api module.

This module has had no substantial testing in production, hence the 0.1

Fixes a problem where the AJAX Block and the Page View appear on the same page. Issue http://drupal.org/node/213831
