fixed clearing issue on user profiles

Fixed http://drupal.org/node/214535

Not all payment modules set the payment status to the same value. Bookings are now processed when payment status is received or completed.

Delete variables on uninstall.

I made sure that Drigg terms cannot be deleted if there are Drigg nodes attached to them. This will prevent inconsistencies (drigg NEEDS each article to be in one category)
