Second BETA release of Subscriptions_OG module, no new features.

New features:
* jQuery Cycle plugin will be the responsible for the JavaScript effect
* New dependency: jQuery Plugin module
* First Drupal 6 support

Bugs fixed:
* Several minor bugs fixed

Bugs still existing:
* CCK integration (for Drupal 6) missing

This version is compatible with the upgrades to the hook_checkout_pane for Ubercart alpha 7c+. Version 1.2 of this module supports ubercart pre alpha 7c.

Release notes:
- Upgrade ubercart compatibility
- Add pane settings to allow users to display a custom message in the checkout pane.
- Code formatting fixed to follow drupal coding standards.

Done a quick script that creates puts private as the birth
date/death date if user is unable to access that node. Changed the
default (0) to be private. Also changed the location view to show what
happens at that location. e.g. births, deaths, marriages divorces.
Noticed also that in the groups view when it selects the database values
for children it uses () instead of {} so that has been changed also.
