Devel and other modules sometimes added extra stuff into the generated XML and the Java applet was not able to render the graph. See http://drupal.org/node/237239

Fixed problem with permissions system (admin was the only user who could use the module).

- another fix for jquery upgraders. Users who stick to the jquery version coming with Drupal 5.0, will not be affected.
