Little bug in the linkname and linkurl which is passed to the widget and a install.txt added.

Virtually the entire codebase and data structure rewritten to be smoother, more elegant, more dependable and less error-prone. See CHANGELOG.txt for details.

This release fixes the bug where placeholders were note replaced in the Send email action.
