Some bugfixes on install script and hook_nodeapi implementation.

ALPHA 2 release of DRUPAL-5 branch. You are encouraged to upgrade this version. Used in production but you run at your own risk

- Making compatible with drupal conding standards.
- Getting rid of $_SERVER, using request_uri().
- Column labels are correspondand to values now.

• default images now work with private files.
• revision support now works
• 'has image' filter fixed
• can now delete images on submit,
• dangling item entries should be a thing of the past.
• added client side validation.
