Fix cp1251 broken encoding in LMI-PAYMENT-DESC.

Please be careful to install this in the correct place, it should be in
{your drupal site}/sites/all/modules/tinytinymce

Do not put it in with the core modules - it will crash your site.

Added user configurable Maximum recursion depth to avoid loops with CCK node types causing PHP Memory Fatal Errors
