Bug fixes

• Feature: Cache Support: You can enable cache support in footermap settings (admin/settings/footermap). It is recommended that you turn this on.
• Bug Fix: Footermap works out of the box for drupal installations with db prefixes.
• Removed permissions hook.
• Added documentation to the tarball.

Final release of filefield_image. When I come back, imagefield will hopefully have reclaimed its position. I assigned commit access to drewish, so if anyone contributes patches, they might still be applied. Or not, can't tell. Anyways, I'm outta here, have a nice year!
