• Add a README with some help for using the module.
• Update UI Carousel to 1.0.2. Bug fixes mostly
• Make sure we have a unique id. Fixes a bug where a view showing up multiple times on a page would not receive and of its carousel options.
• Update to UICarousel to 1.0.1. Some more modern use of jQuery functions. New rebuild method. General cleanups.
• Javascript update. Check environment sanity so we don't throw errors.
• Short tags are bad! Remove an accidental short tag.

Adding support for fieldgroup module.
Better form building flow.
