Bug fixes

This version fixes a few problems with the user and format of the newly created post.
* New feature: the * can be used as the author name to have the system use the original node author as the forum post author.
* #638230: Discuss this topic creator still shows as Anonymous
* Fixed the format used for the forum post from "Default" to either:

* #699372: ckeditor and HTML entities
* #699366: issue with ckeditor (new lines and tabs)

This version adds many new features and bug fixes. I probably should have made a 1.2 version sooner!
* #523074: Advise documentation should mention similarity with simpler Link Node module and possible [node:] notation clash

* Fixed the "Directly go to taxonomy terms" when the parent/child is also selected
* Fixed the terms block which requires the vocabulary block

This release includes an additional fix for sites that have block caching enabled. Please see http://drupal.org/node/728422 for the other fixes since 6.x-1.0
