Title display fix.

Nightly development snapshot of the Commerce modules exported from http://github.com/drupalcommerce/drupalcommerce.

Needed some fixes to the way that "Check to see if allready logged in" functionality works so that this functionality wouldn't be called for XMLRPC calls and services feeds. Had to add support for a new "excepted pages" feature in this release to accomodate that.
