Fixed Views Display Tabs integration and AJAX pager behavior.

This release adds one new feature (see #3 below) and makes some important fixes and changes, all users are recommended to upgrade.

Couple of small fixes. I do a main version because the next -dev will include many new features... (that I'm about to check in!)

There was a fatal error triggered when editing the content type ImageField settings when there were checkboxes present.
