Fixes #545174: Displays Wrong Dates for Events

Added missing files in 'includes' and 'plugins' directories.
#737336 - fixed, thanks to jthurman for encountering

Hopefully fixes #545174: Displays Wrong Dates for Events and adds the ability to hide labels via the settings page.

Fixed two bugs:

• Fixed saving of exported marks that don't exist in the database.
• Fixed a bug where un-marking content would remove all marks on that piece of content.

Also added a new feature; a 'Global' configuration flag that let marks be shared between all users.

Upgrading is strongly advised as the CVS release of 1.0 was missing some files ( check the issues ).
