#654274: Node statistics table is not updated after deletion

* Added 'format_test' mode which makes it easier to test input formats before enabling other filter modules.
* Fixed #769076 - Bug in InsertNode regexp.
* Added support for LinoDef and Link-node formats.
* Removed config 'use_alias' option, now always done for urls (not for node tags such as PathFilter and InsertNode).
* Fixed: 'absolute' setting was not initialised correctly on config form.

Didn't handle listing multiple points with addresses (an extension to GMapez). Also div with text after address point was not supported.

#369936: Top Contributors: 1 day doesn't change Title on Users by Period page didn't change to reflect the period set in the configuration options.

Bug fix for 2.0

Several changes and fixes.

The big one is less use of url rewriting. An important behind-the-scenes change.

When upgrading to beta 11, be sure to edit each of your apps, as the callback urls have changed. By editing the apps, the changes are synced to facebook.
