Bug #566416: blog title is empty if not specified by Andrew Schulman, marcushenningsen: The default "[user]'s blog" title should be displayed when no title has been specified.

Bug #777446: The Electronic Voting Button (EVB) URL needs to be changed by remi: The button URL has been updated.
