Bug fixes

Fixes errors with name changes in theming layer. Also added SASS base files. Will add documentation and Compass support for future releases.

Also included:

- Added "administer own received messages" permission.
- Added user "Messages" tab, where recipients of site-wide contact submissions can manage all messages sent to them, if granted the new "administer own received messages" permission.
- Changed link which is included at the top of e-mail notifications; it's shorter now, and will redirect the user to the appropriate form, depending on their permissions.
- Re-worded a few texts and instructions.
- Fixed bug so the "No contact form submissions have been made yet" message would appear properly.

Forgot to add ubercart extra to the info file.

Add uninstall and admin include files. Also fix a bug related to admin_menu and how it handles JS files.
