Bug fixes

Changes:

• Added helptext on admin page when no rules are defined.

This update addresses an issue related to the location of a 3rd party tool. This location can now be specified in the administration screen (as opposed to hacking the code!).

This release addresses some issues discovered with 5.x.6.0 and added dependancies.

Fixed submitted date handling in node.tpl.php and teaser check in ngp_node_submitted()

The development version contains the latest changes and is to be regarded generally as stable.
