Fix for the Ask a question block that took over the whole site when enabled.
In addition the instructions on the unanswered questions block and page is movet to the top.
The asker is now notified when the question is answered.
The module integrates with Simplenews to store e-mail addresses from anonymous users asking questions.

Ah! Min/max lifetimes were totally ignored! Fixed that.

• Fixed an issue where revert wasn't reverting the subject
• Fixed issues with permissions
• Fixed issues with deletion of the last revision
• Fixed behavior when deleting the current revision
• Added pgsql support to the .install file
• Implemented the 'enable_log_message_field' setting
