New features

First alpha. All needed features are implemented.

First Alpha of Facets module for Drupal 8. Designed to work with Drupal Core (latests stable) and Search API 8.x-1.0-alpha12.

No changelog as this is the first release!

Note that #2580315 renamed the long version of the export command from config-devel-export-module to config-devel-export however the aliases were maintained.
