Updated to use Recurly.js v3. The library is now dynamically loaded and no longer needs to be downloaded and placed in your codebase. When upgrading from 7.x-1.x to 7.x-2.x, you can delete the recurlyjs library.

This is a *hotfix* from v1.10: making sitemap accessible.

v1.10:

- Added drush support with command 'drush simplesitemap-generate'
- Added ability to disable cron sitemap generation.
- Added php plugin requirement checking.
- Added status reports on admin/reports/status.
- Added some javascript form magic including tab summary and dynamic field hiding.
