Some error happened with previous release. Creating new release with the correct contents.

Secondary Sidebar made available in theme. It is on the Right Hand Side.
Submitted by theme altered a little to to match sidebar-right background.
Primary and Secondary sidebar is hidden when empty.

Promoted to full project.
