New features

First stable release of the Opigno Tincan API module.

Notes:

• This version replaces the autologout module with the dvg_autologout_module, disabling autologout en enabling dvg_digid_autologout is needed on update
• The autologout block has a new classname
• Default roles and permissions are removed from features
• Default roles and permissions are handled by the dvg_roles_and_permissions module which has various hooks te alter the roles and permisssions
