Summary

This is a reimplementation of the redirect functionality in JavaScript - which is a lot more cache friendly.

It removes the dependency on the core-patch and on session_cache.

Reimplementation in JavaScript

The redirect is now done entirely in JavaScript. This means that the server response for a page is always the same regardless of the client's IP addresse, which makes the module a lot more cache-friendly.
