A ton of fixes and features thanks to ChristianAdamski!

This is a development snapshot and not at all ready for production use. This new branch has a major change in architecture. Dynamic entity reference field now supports entities with string ids as well. There is an upgrade path from 8.x-1.x to 8.x-2.x. All the bugs will be fixed in 8.x-1.x first and then forward ported to 8.x-2.x.

• #2615190 by pixelula: Index only term reference fields belonging to product displays.
• Optionally generate a default Search API index & refactor the code.

• Allow the usage of file fields for vcard photos (not just user profile images).
• Use the full name field value as file name, to not expose the username.
• Updated code to use Zipstream 0.3.1
