New features

A few fixes and improvements since Beta2, thanks to all contributors, even if not mentioned below:

Users of 7.x-1.0 should make sure that their custom workflow for setting
order status and tracking fields still works after applying this update.
Reverting the provided Rule "Order has been fulfilled" will make sure
the order status is set to "completed" and tracking fields are updated.
Customizations can be made by cloning that rule and disabling the original.

From 7.x-2.x to 7.x-3.0-beta1:
- mainly stable, beta version.
- new dependencie to the customizable entities module.
- change on structure : no response entity anymore.
- full user interface for viewing, displaying, editing, customing LimeSurvey entities.
- answers and tokens can be created and edited using the Drupal interface.
- Easily create tokens for drupal Users, per user or per roles.
- new rules events, actions, conditions.
- better auto sync process.
- display answers as fields, table or form.
