New features

First release of nominally working Drupal 8 version of the module.

This is a minor maintenance release of the 7.x-2.x branch. It contains a couple of new features and minor functional improvements.

Added features:

Initial release, for Aegir 7.x-3.8.

Fixed issues:

• When content translations were added, data was no longer exported to the Content Hub service. (CHMS-907)
• Deleting an entity from a subscribing website did not delete it from the acquia_contenthub_imported_entities table. (CHMS-805)
• Filters now work in Drupal 8 and can be saved. (CHMS-755)
