Initial Release

Issue #2843941 by Ahmad Abbad: Initial starter work on the varbase hero slider media.

This alpha release does not contain much of a UI, and testing has been limited, but it has been used on some real world production sites, so I thought we may as well make it available for others with a big 'alpha' label on it :-)
