Google Maps: Mixed content pinImage over HTTPS #2748401: Mixed content pinImage over https

7.x-1.x-dev release.

As of version 1.x, the module:

• Adds a Panels region style named "Stacked-tabbed", to allow the panes in that region to be displayed as either a sequential list, or a tabbed list.
• Users with permission to administer panels can enter custom CSS media queries to configure when the sequential list or tabbed list is shown.
• The tab display is accessible using keyboard-only navigation, and invisible to screenreaders.

Initial port to Drupal 8. Very little is guaranteed to work, please open issues for any problems that arise. Thanks to dsnopek and evanjenkis for their work getting the module this far!

• refactor: Field plugins should use ->t() instead of t() (issue #2844869: $this->t() should be used instead of t() for Drupal 8 version by Taran2L, nehakhadke)

New features:

• Allow to define multiple rules for a single theme.
• Allow to define rules based on user roles.

Other notable changes:

• Move menu entry from Structure to Appearance.
• Remove own permission and use 'Administer themes' instead.
• Remove Page Theme Debugger.
