First beta release of LGP module for Drupal 8.x.

First beta release of LGP module for Drupal 7.x.

This release extends the map embed options providing a more complete integration with google maps api.
The new options will require a db update, after updating the database everything shall continue to work as before, but as usual when updating a module a backup should be performed.

Changes since 8.x-1.2:

- Add settings page (and 3 settings)
- Add manually ban function
- Add single and range ban links at test page
- No need more Watchdog event extras module
- Change watchdog event page (add ban links)
- Add location info into dblog event page
- Fix error for range ban
