New features

First release of Shorthand with basic features:

• account settings
• creation and display of shorthand stories

# Views style plugin added.

- adds a apps/%/devel path if devel module is enabled
- minor clean up to align with the documentation more closely with regard to menu routing

+ admin page /admin/config/media/animgif_support
+ add .install file

Fixed some minor notices on edge cases. Big improvement is the addition of the webcomponents_app sub module which can do automatic routing for one-page apps! README.md for details!
