New release including these issues:

Development branch for version 1.x of Step by Step on D7.

• Added version to requirements status
• Removed hard 2.x version dependency, which can fail if the Drupal installation is using a non-release version of the libraries module (i.e., a particular commit instead of a packaged release from Drupal.org)
• Minor updates to .make file to aid recursion
