New features

Add supporting for telephone fields.
Add formatter settings for edit title attribute.
Add formatter settings for replace phone number with any text.

This release is the first release of the 8.x-2.x. Compatible with 8.3.x and beyond.

Biggest change from 8.x-1.x is the re-architecture of our metadata storage, so please be sure that you run the update process in your Drupal site after upgrading.

Initial Drupal 8 release for testing.

IMPORTANT: if you upgrade from a 8.x-dev release of this module, please uninstall that first and then update the code and re-enable this module. Otherwise you will be in trouble because of a class restructuring that was necessary because of #2735305: Consider supporting both config templates and content entity templates
