New features

Add new ability to define custom CSS override for the declarations shipped with the module. See https://www.drupal.org/node/2880200 and README.txt

• Added a permission to the Cronpub-plugin Interface that allows to define permissions for the use of the included plugins (publish, sticky, promote).
• Fixed the issue, that user without permisions can enter values to the cronpub form.

Used Spl interfaces instead of custom ones.

Beta release. This beta release has limited ability to filter messages but adds the ability to export the logs for more fine grained searching offline.

Drupal 8 support.
