release drupal 6.x-1.x version

Initially it was intended that the next release would be RC1, we still have 3 RC blockers outstanding though, yet many other fixes. Instead of holding up the release waiting for them, I decided to release another beta in the meantime.

New features:
- per-queue settings and push-processor URL callbacks
- expose Guzzle HTTP client options to RestClient
- config dependency framework for mappings and mapping field plugins

various bug fixes

A couple of fixes, and notable changes since alpha1:

• Added optional support to auto trigger Views Load More.
• Fixed for library misspelling.
