New features

Changes included in this release:

Applied patch from jotlj

1.) Upgrade to Bugsnag API v3 - install dependency using composer.json rather than libraries API.
2.) Added configuration options to make logging uncaught exceptions optional.
3.) Added ability to send logger items to bugsnag (levels to be logged are in the Admin form).
4.) A few other minor style and documentation changes.
