Converted to be a Y module

This release provides a new functionality to defer the loading of the videos.

The javascript and css files are moved, and so a cache clear is necessary after updating.

This module is somewhat functional for small PhotoShelter libraries.

The 2.14 release fixes reported issues and delivers new functionality too, here are the details:
