Started work on a flex box version of the theme

Added the new Audit Tool feature (a.k.a. Auditool) which logs all form submissions and thus provides a complete auditing tool for any Drupal (7) site.

Changes since 8.x-5.2:

Mainly this is a compatibility release with webform-8.x-5.0-beta17 that includes changes to the submission handler UI as well as a different constructor.

This will prevent different errors on the site.
