API Changes

Now using Dynamic Entity Reference instead of just a regular map field. Changes in getValue():

• referring_entity_id is now target_id
• referring_entity_type is now target_type

Other Changes:

• You can now access a specific reference via the field API. So you can use get($index)->entity. (>^-^)>

• Issue #2911702: Updated [Drupal core] from 8.3.7 to 8.4.0 - With media module in core and related changes.
