Changes since 7.x-1.6-rc7:

• Revert "Issue #2570715 by SpaghettiBolognese, awochna: Wrong behaviour if alt or title attribute contains colon"
• #1410832 by Liam Morland: "Synonymous" elements don't work according to valid_elements definition

Primarily bug fixes but also adding support for Drush 9.x. One new feature, absolute paths (available in obscure options).

* Update Drupal core to 8.4.0 and fix bugs caused by update.

Adds support for displaying the last updated date in the node form summary, and a pane for workbench moderation settings
