Development release package for the 8.6.x release.

The 8.6.x branch is open for development and will now include the latest commits. Those interested in testing the development version of Drupal core should continue to work with the 8.5.x branch until the 8.5.0 release on March 7, 2018.

New Features

DS-4353 / DS-4347 - Show tags in full node and filter on tags in search
It’s now possible to administer tags as a SM and they are now also reflected on nodes. Users can click the tags which will execute a search for this tag across the platform. Users are also able to filter upon these tags. This is a separate module (social_tagging), that is not enabled by default

DS-4545 - Fix untranslatable strings
There were some untranslatable strings that needed fixing.

#2931510: AS LU I would like to create public groups
Public group type is added in this release. Public groups will be seen by anonymous users. Anonymous users can also see all the content and members of a public group.

In this release, site managers can also create landing pages easily. Landing page allows site managers to create visually attractive pages by simply choosing, ordering and configuring some premade sections.
