Changes since 7.x-5.0:

• Issue #2923212: Utilize time service instead of getting time from request stack by jhedstrom

Permit all admins to access the settings page

8.x-1.1 release of the Widget engine module contains fixes related to some notice errors and adding support for multilingual usage (full translate support). Also there is new feature for that allows to use and restrict access of Widget entities if you use Domain access module.

• Fixed #2093057: Add fields to change the field title and the button text.
