Initial release of dev version of the module

Drupal 7 support is now locked and finalized.

New solution based on migrate to export data, rather than a custom intermediary storage.

This release mainly includes some bug fixes and improvements:

• Option to enable / disable current page title in breadcrumb
• Deleting a node with a menu item doesn't delete the corresponding Context Active Trail entry

Optimized implementation of the 8.x-1.x branch.
