Fixes contained:
- Minor CSS fix to the admin field settings widget.

New features:
- New field option: override on a per-field basis whether you want to exclude already displayed entities from other lists or not.
- New field option: override on a per-field basis whether you want to register the entities listed by a listdefinition to be registered in the entity id cache, so that other entity lists on the same page can exclude the already listed entities.
