New features

LeafletTileLayers are now availables to the GeofieldMapWidget as D8 Plugins, via LeafletTileLayerPluginManager.
Geofield Map module embeds defaults ones, but any third party module is able to define and add its new LeafletTileLayer Plugins (Free Leaflet Tile Layers definitions are available from http://leaflet-extras.github.io/leaflet-providers/preview/index.html)

Fixed issues:

• Unwanted new line characters in the title
• Event with empty start date wasn't filtered out
