Added the "Commerce Add To Wishlist Link" sub module, which offers the same functionality for adding item to wishlists

This is only a small update, adding a "combine" configuration settings to our move/copy to cart and wishlist Views handlers, additionally fixing a previously wrong behaviour of the move_to_cart plugin (see #2949642: Extend the move/copy to cart/wishlist Views fields with "combine" setting).

Initial Beta release suitable for testing.

• Updated tracking script: now it's just an external script tag without any inline JS
• Tracking script works only for non-admin users now to avoid inaccurate tracking
• Ability to select placement of the script: header or footer (header is recommended)
