Add accurate search option

Fixes include:
1. Additional support for ios devices
2. The fancyselect.js file doesn't load if footer region is not defined.

Features:

- Add select list compatibility mode. Since this theme replaces select lists with the material design styling - some modules (select2, for example) do not work. There is now a checkbox in material design to use browser defaults for select lists.

- Install/Uninstall page now provide better descriptions for unmet dependencies
