New features

This includes a number of fixes, cleans up the codebase, adds support for raw JSON & JSONB database field types, and adds a composer.json file. Updating is recommended for all sites.

This will hopefully be the last release before the final 1.0 release, see the issue queue for details.

Can I upgrade to JSON API Extras 2.x safely?

Probably yes, and you should! The only breaking change is with regards to Field Enhancers. If you do not have custom field enhancers in your project, then you should upgrade cleanly to the new version. This covers the sites with no use of enhancers, and sites that use the enhancers provided by this module.

After quite a long time, here's a new alpha release, which marks the first really working version that does not require any custom workarounds in order function.

Before, back in 2016, the offsite payment gateway API in Commerce 2.x didn't exist, so some workaround code both in this module and inside a custom module of the shop was necessary to get this to work.
